Anyone else complaining that this is too high a price? Star Trek The Motion Picture you can get for about the same price (all the way down at Amazon) and it includes the other five movies in the set as well. Conversely, you can either pick up a copy of just the first three movies, something that many others have done for the films on their own, and you'll only get the first four movies on this set, or buy the entire set, at the cost of a hundred dollars more, but you'll finally be able to watch all eight movies in the order they were made. And also, two of the eight movies are in HD for the first time ever. Plus, if you borrow this particular set from the library or rent it, you might be able to get all eight movies for the low price of $17.50. That's it - that's all that needs to be said about the collection. If you don't care, there's a ton of bonus material here for you to enjoy on the disc, and that's about all there is to it. If you're a collector of, say, Star Trek memorabilia, you can also get all of this for the low price of $66 on Amazon, but it's not exactly cheap by anybody's standards, at least not anymore. This option does exactly what you would expect. It's simply a high resolution upscale of the 1080p release. If you're watching on 4K devices, it upsizes the 1080p image to 4K, while if you're watching on HDTVs, it upsizes the 1080p image to 1080p. 7211a4ac4a
